CARY, N.C. -- The Cary Community Foundation is accepting grant applications from projects or organizations that benefit Cary and its citizens.

The available funds for 2008 total $60,000, and individual grants will range from $1,000 to $5,000.

The Foundation will hold workshops to provide details about the grant process on June 12 from noon to 2 p.m., and June 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Both meeting will be held at the Cary Chamber of Commerce at 307 N. Academy Street.

Applications are available online and are due by July 18 at 5 p.m.
