N.Y. Community Trust gives Phipps CDC $100,000
Phipps Community Development Corporation received two-year $100,000 grant from New York Community Trust's Reader's Digest Scholarship and Leadership Fund to develop Bridge-to-College program, providing coaching, counseling for at-risk students.
