The Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota seeks a dynamic, knowledgeable, and creative individual to lead
the organization’s Development function.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and visionary professional with demonstrated ability to teach others the importance of development and stewardship based on the mandate of the Gospel. The successful candidate will have knowledge of or sensitivity to Episcopal traditions and language and will have demonstrated experience in leading a comprehensive
development program.

ackground requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with a minimum of ten years’ experience in the development/advancement field or skills that translate from other disciplines. Employment history should document increasing responsibility and success in managing a complex development or related program.
