All Kinds of Minds is a non-profit Institute that helps students who struggle with learning measurably improve their success in school and life by providing programs that integrate educational, scientific, and clinical expertise. We are seeking a talented fundraising professional who will identify, cultivate, steward and solicit individual gifts to secure and expand the Institute's financial support base. This position also manages and executes all aspects of an Annual Fund giving program, and assures regular communications and stewardship. Position provides mid-level development support to the CEO and CDO, and interacts with executives and the board of trustees. Requires a 4 year college degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Strongly prefer candidates with an understanding of individual giving and annual funds, and a passion for education and children. This position is located in Durham/RTP, North Carolina.
